Job summary

Nationwide seeks a Project Coordinator, Facilities to oversee daily operations of critical infrastructure in our data center environment. You will coordinate engineering, installation, testing, and operation of electrical distribution, HVAC, and life-safety systems, leading a team of technicians and contractors.

You will ensure safety, compliance with NFPA/NEC, and regulatory guidelines while driving preventive maintenance programs and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate studies in an engineering subject area or technical/vocational studies with equivalent work experience.
• State licenses for electrical, hydronics, fire alarm, HVAC preferred.
• Typically eight or more years of experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mission critical maintenance technicians and third‑party vendors.
• Ensure continuous operation of UPS, PDUs, generators, HVAC, and electrical distribution.
• Develop and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Lead response to alarms, equipment failures and emergencies 24x7.
• Maintain records, logs, and incident documentation.
