Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Janitorial Crew Member in Troy, MI. You will perform cleaning duties across rooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas, following standard procedures and the facility's schedule.

The position requires the ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk 10–12 hours, and read safety and operating instructions in English. Shifts include Sundays 9 AM–6 PM, with potential for flexible schedule options.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours.
• Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and maintenance instructions (English; Spanish where state required).

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, and windows.
• Sweep, remove debris, mop floors throughout the sales floor and seating area.
• Clean windows and mirrored surfaces; polish stainless steel surfaces.
• Dust fixtures, shelves, and products as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of customer and team member restrooms (including policing as needed).
• Complete sweep logs as directed.
• Operate and sanitize all equipment safely and properly.
• Follow health and sanitation procedures and safe work practices.
