Job summary

Garlock, a subsidiary of Enpro, seeks a hands-on Project Engineer - Facilities Maintenance to lead capital projects across a large manufacturing campus. You will own projects from concept through completion, partnering with operations, maintenance, trades, and leadership to deliver meaningful business results.

In this role you will drive facility upgrades, infrastructure improvements, and equipment installations, influencing safety, reliability, efficiency, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Engineering required; 5+ years of Facilities/Maintenance project engineering in a large-scale manufacturing environment or related engineering experience.
• Strong people skills and ability to participate in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, coordinate and administer plant capital projects to improve facilities/maintenance, safety, cost, and quality.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, trades, and leadership to execute projects on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare ROI analyses and cost estimates for plant expansions and modifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements; monitor project progress and report to management.
