Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 7+ years in industrial maintenance and 3+ years in project management.
• Associate degree in engineering with 5+ years in industrial maintenance and 1+ year in project management.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical/mechanical engineering with 3+ years in HVAC maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction, modification, and upgrading of site infrastructure facilities with safety compliance.
• Support troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of critical HVAC systems and chillers.
• Lead capital plans for HVAC and BMS to meet schedule and budget.
• Develop and manage site utility infrastructure for reliability and sustainability.
• Establish PM plans and maintain site-wide engineering drawings.
• Oversee electrical systems, lighting, power, alarms, access controls, and BMS.
• Coordinate with Quality and EHS; manage contractors and communications.
