Job summary

Lexington-Richland School District Five in the Office of Operations is seeking a Coordinator of Facilities - Construction and Capital Projects to oversee new construction, renovations, and other facilities initiatives.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction, Project Management or similar field, at least three years of commercial construction management experience (preferably in K-12), and a valid state driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction, Project Management or similar field.
• Three years of experience in commercial construction management, preferably in the K-12 sector.
• Requires a valid state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facilities projects including new construction, renovations and other assigned facilities projects.
• Under limited supervision, manage and oversee project execution from initiation to closeout.
