Kids for the Future in Lexington, KY, is seeking a Construction Engineer to plan, coordinate, and execute commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout, working with project managers, superintendents, architects, and vendors to keep safety, schedule, and budget on track.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, technically capable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is required/preferred.
• Experience with commercial construction projects is a plus.
• Proficiency in reading drawings, specs, and contracts.

Mansioni

• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with day-to-day project coordination and administration.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents for accuracy.
• Prepare, track, and distribute RFIs.
• Manage subcontractor submittals and reviews; document changes.
• Maintain current drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and project docs.
• Support subcontractor and vendor coordination.
