Job summary

Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County is seeking a Facility Supervisor to manage operations at assigned venues within Leisure Services. You will supervise staff, oversee budgets, coordinate rentals and programs, and ensure safe, efficient facility operations.

Requirements include a related bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience, 2+ years supervisory, a valid driver's license, and relevant certifications or the ability to obtain them within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with three years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Two years of supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver's license.
• First Aid/CPR/AED and Mandated Reporter certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• FEMA NIMS 100, 200, 700 and 800 training within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate facility staff, direct work, counsel and discipline as needed.
• Develop, implement and evaluate programs and events for the community.
• Prepare and monitor facility budgets and revenue reports.
• Coordinate facility rentals, maintenance, safety and security needs.
• Respond to complaints and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports on facility usage and program costs for analysis.
