Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst – Level 2 located in Redondo Beach, CA. You’ll lead schedule development, create and maintain baseline schedules, perform progress analysis, and ensure QA/QC of project data.

You will monitor field progress and coordinate with project leads, contractors, and stakeholders in weekly status meetings. Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years or Master’s plus 1 year is expected, with strong MS Project and Excel skills and data/financial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university plus 3 years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree from an accredited university plus 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience developing facilities planning, design, and construction schedules.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and advanced proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Data and/or financial analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Schedule Development & Strategy: serve as the technical advisor for project schedules.
• Create & Maintain Baseline Schedules: develop detailed construction schedules with milestones and constraints.
• Perform Progress & Data Analysis: run critical path analyses and prepare ad-hoc reports.
• Manage QA/QC: collect updates and perform QA/QC reviews on data.
• Monitor Field Progress: visit construction sites.
• Facilitate Stakeholder Communication: coordinate with project leads, contractors and stakeholders during weekly status meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
