Job summary

Give & Go Prepared Foods Corp. is seeking an experienced Facilities Program Manager to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of facility infrastructure and building systems at our Shirley, NY site.

You will report to the Plant Manager and lead maintenance programs, capital projects, regulatory initiatives, contractor management, and energy optimization. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5–10 years of facilities engineering experience, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities, Building Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in facilities engineering, building operations, or industrial maintenance.
• Previous food manufacturing experience is asset.
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation and refrigeration certification preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and reliability of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, fire protection, and wastewater treatment systems.
• Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead facility improvement projects, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements.
• Manage contractors, service providers, and vendor relationships.
• Monitor energy usage, utility costs, and support sustainability initiatives.
• Act as a role model for safety and support food safety and quality programs.
