Job summary

Watershed Foods, LLC seeks a Facilities Project Manager to maintain, repair, and improve our manufacturing campus in Gridley, IL. This hybrid role blends hands-on maintenance (60%) with project leadership (40%), ensuring systems run efficiently and projects deliver on time and budget.

You will manage vendor relationships, obtain permits as needed, and coordinate with engineering, operations, and safety teams to uphold OSHA/EPA standards and food facility regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities maintenance or technical roles.
• Experience supporting construction or facility projects.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
• Construction experience is required.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and improve facility infrastructure.
• Lead and coordinate construction, renovation, and vendor-driven projects.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams, engineers, and contractors.
• Ensure OSHA and food facility regulatory compliance where applicable.
