Job summary

The National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) in Aurora, CO is seeking an experienced Facilities Program Manager (GG-13) within the Facilities Logistics Service Division (FLSD). You will lead design/build facility projects, develop integrated schedules and budgets, and act as the contracting officer technical representative for related activities.

Responsibilities include managing costs, scope, and schedule while coordinating with Buckley Space Force Base, utilities, and corporate leadership.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing facilities projects with budget and schedule responsibility.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project and MS Visio for planning and reporting.
  • Ability to develop and maintain project documentation and schedules.
  • Strong communication and coordination with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee design/build facilities projects within FLSD scope.
  • Develop integrated project schedules, budgets, and milestones.
  • Serve as COTR for contracting activities related to facilities projects.
  • Track progress, report to leadership, and manage risks and changes.
  • Coordinate with Buckley AFB, utility providers, and stakeholders.
