Job summary

National Reconnaissance Office in Aurora, CO seeks a non-supervisor, Facilities Project Manager (GG-13) to lead design/build construction projects within the Facilities Logistics Service Division. You will manage schedules, costs, and communications with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

The role requires experience in facilities management, contracting and COTR responsibilities, with duties spanning budget, schedule, and technical evaluations.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio.
  • Skill in the design and use of automated databases and spreadsheet software to develop and improve data collection, storage and reporting.
  • Skill in written communications to prepare plans, and briefings; skill in oral communications for presentations and briefings.
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers, and to serve as a point of contact.
  • Ability to develop and integrate multiple project schedules into an integrated master schedule.
  • Ability to execute projects within established financial and time constraints.
  • Qualifying experience demonstrating competencies in facilities project management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage overall project execution for ADF-C Facilities projects.
  • Develop an integrated management plan and project milestones.
  • Lead contracting actions and COTR responsibilities.
  • Monitor costs, schedule, quality and performance measures.
  • Maintain project documentation and communications with sponsors.
  • Coordinate with Buckley Space Force Base and utility providers.
