Job summary

CACI is seeking a skilled Facility Scheduler in Virginia to plan and schedule work for electricians, HVAC technicians, maintenance mechanics, and grounds personnel based on preventive maintenance plans and priorities. You will coordinate materials and review work orders to align with ongoing requirements.

In this role you will prepare weekly schedules showing total man-hours, ensure shops are fully utilized, and maintain a look-ahead schedule six weeks out.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Alternative: 5+ years with equivalent military production control or operations management training.
• Experience with policies, practices, and procedures for operating government real property.
• Experience with supply and procurement procedures.
• Strong customer service, communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with and skills developing work plans and scheduling facility work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• US Citizenship with TS clearance and SSBI eligibility for SCI indoctrination.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule work for facility technicians based on PM plans and priorities.
• Receive and review work orders and align scheduling with maintenance requirements.
• Plan work with supplies; coordinate with managers and foremen to obtain materials.
• Prepare weekly schedules showing total man-hours required.
• Ensure trade shops are fully utilized and maintain a look-ahead schedule six weeks out.
• Compile PM related reports, records, and statistics as requested.
• Accept customer service calls and create service orders.
• Interact with customers and advise on status of work requests.
