Job summary

Zoetis is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician in San Diego to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment. You will install and validate new equipment, troubleshoot complex systems, and manage spare parts while ensuring safety and EHS compliance.

The role requires 3 years of hands-on experience in a GMP environment, familiarity with CMMS, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years related hands-on experience.
• Prior experience in a GMP-controlled environment is required.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Proficient with email communication, Microsoft Office, and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Install and validate new equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex automated process machinery and lab equipment.
• Maintain spare parts program and technical publications library.
• Ensure safety and implement EHS procedures including Lock Out/Tag Out.
