Qualifications

• Technical aptitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own: learn and work with equipment across site areas; grow into an expert and be treated with respect.
• Perform tasks in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, utilities, and metal fabrication areas.
• Plan and execute PMs, repairs, and equipment updates to maintain peak efficiency; prioritize permanent fixes.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to diagnose and correct issues as they arise.
• Develop additional skills through internal training and promotion programs as the site grows.
