You will ensure safe preventative and corrective maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and related trades, while building processes for hiring, training, and career development and coordinating vendor relationships and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive facilities management experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Professional certifications like CFM or FMP preferred.
• IFMA credentials desired but not required.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems and space planning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to read plans and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple job sites, including client relations, planning and budgeting.
• Ensure safe preventative and corrective maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and more.
• Develop and manage facilities programs, hiring, training and career development.
• Coordinate crisis response and ensure regulatory safety compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships and bid specifications for service agreements.
• Prepare technical proposals and financial pricing to support sales.
