Job summary

Metropolis Technologies is seeking a shuttle operations associate in Arlington, VA. You will move shuttle buses for fueling, cleaning and routine maintenance, while ensuring safety and on-time performance.

The role requires a valid CDL (A/B/C) with Passenger Endorsement if transporting riders, plus a DOT Medical Card. You will assist customers, resolve simple issues, and may cover cashier duties as needed. Flexibility for 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL license (A, B, or C) with Passenger Endorsement if operating passenger shuttle.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Availability for 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Move shuttle buses for fueling, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Shovel, plow or blow snow from ramps and areas designated by the facility manager.
• Paint and maintain facility surfaces to keep signs, doors, walls, curbs and islands neat.
• Perform maintenance and cleaning per checklists to remove dirt, dust and debris.
• Report safety violations or unusual occurrences to the manager promptly.
• Assist customers within the facility and resolve complaints with supervisor help if needed.
• Occasionally cover cashier duties and other duties as assigned.
• Maintain a neat appearance and complete uniform for scheduled shifts.
