TRG Management, a premier property management company, is seeking a maintenance/housekeeping professional to perform cleaning and make-ready tasks across multiple properties. Responsibilities include cleaning, restrooms, lobbies, and vacant units, with some light maintenance duties and material handling.

Qualifications

• Cleans and polishes fixtures, surfaces and equipment.
• Maintains cleanliness of rooms, lounges, rest rooms and hallways.
• Ensures timely trash removal and replenishes supplies.

Responsibilities

• Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Clean rooms, lobbies, rest rooms, corridors, and office spaces.
• Replace light bulbs and transport small items between departments.
• Prepare vacant apartments for make-ready and inspections.
• Assist with general maintenance as needed.
