Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking a Porter/Maintenance staff member to efficiently clean and maintain interior and exterior spaces at our properties. You will handle basic building upkeep, waste disposal, and interact with residents to ensure high-quality service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, English proficiency, and own basic tools. A valid driver’s license is also required. This role offers growth within a supportive benefits-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school education, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to follow instructions and communicate with residents.
• Must provide and maintain own basic hand and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning, grounds keeping, painting, and basic maintenance using powered equipment as needed.
• Maintain spaces according to health, safety standards and procedures.
• Collect trash, transport waste, and ensure proper disposal of chemicals.
• Operate company vehicle as required.
• Participate in staff meetings and share improvement ideas.
