Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician for its Kyle, TX location. This salaried, non-exempt role focuses on keeping the swim center and surrounding facilities safe, clean, and functional, with hands-on maintenance and timely repairs.

A company-provided truck supports job-related travel. The position requires a high school diploma and proven maintenance experience, including pools, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications preferred.
• Proven facility maintenance experience, including pools, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Ability to operate basic tools and equipment safely.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; transportation provided by company truck.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot, humid pool environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pool systems and assist in pool cleaning and debris removal.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and lighting.
• Inspect facilities and address safety and maintenance issues.
• Keep maintenance logs and inventory; coordinate schedules with management.
• Respond to emergency maintenance such as leaks or power failures.
• Ensure cleanliness of common areas and exterior grounds.
