Qualifications

• Experience in facility maintenance, janitorial work, landscaping, or groundskeeping preferred.
• Ability to use maintenance tools and equipment listed above.
• Basic knowledge of painting, landscaping, and preventive maintenance practices.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials when necessary.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Water grass, plants, trees, and landscaped areas; plant and replace flowers as needed.
• Clean windows, carpets, walkways, docks, parking lots and dining areas; remove debris.
• Paint dining areas and other structures; maintain exterior visuals and safety.
• Support production and warehouse operations and assist with waste disposal.
