A leading engineering consulting firm based in Dallas is seeking an experienced Facilities Project Manager to oversee capital improvement projects. The ideal candidate will manage all project phases while ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and scope. With over 10 years of experience in construction disciplines and a Bachelor's degree, the successful applicant will possess strong organizational and communication skills. This full-time position offers dynamic work in both office and field settings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in a construction related discipline.
• Must successfully complete and pass JMT's Motor Vehicle screening.

Responsabilités

• Provide overall management oversight during all phases of the project.
• Manage adherence to owner-approved schedule, budget, and scope.
• Coordinate and interface with the client and project team.

Connaissances

Strong in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Formation

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture or a related field
