Responsible for keeping the physical plant, building structure, and associated equipment of the medical center, as well as off-site locations, in good working order. Performs urgent and routine electrical work, mechanical repairs, and other duties relating to the maintenance of all buildings and grounds of the medical center totaling 400,000 Sq/Ft. Able to troubleshoot and repair in a timely manner: HVAC, sprinkler, mechanical and medical gas systems. Accountable to the facilities management leaders for maintaining effective daily operations and equipment safety practices. Assists when necessary with snow removal using snow plows, trucks, sanders, snow blowers, riding tractor, front-end loader, and manual shoveling. Acts as Supervisor of Maintenance staff in the absence of the Director or Facilities Manager.

The compensation range for the role is $31.01-$38.76 hourly.

Physical Requirements: Travel to multiple facilities is required. Must be available to work as needed during emergent situations and inclement weather (day, evening, or night shift as necessary).
