This is a Remote work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update current recruiting procedures and design new ones for improved efficiency
  • Supervise the recruitment team and regularly report on performance metrics.
  • Recommend and implement strategies to improve our employer brand and candidate experience.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates through creative and effective sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize traditional and digital sourcing methods including job boards, networking, social media, and cold outreach.
  • Coordinate with department heads to anticipate future hiring needs.Advise hiring managers on interview best practices and support them through the recruitment process.
  • Ensure timely submission of recruitment reports and keep track of key hiring metrics.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and inform relevant stakeholders about regulation changes.
  • Ensure all employee hiring and management activities align with company policies and plans.
  • Represent the company at job fairs and build strategic partnerships with colleges, HR organizations, and industry professionals.

Qualifications To Be Successful In The Role

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or a related discipline
  • With at least 10 years of experience in recruitment and 2 years in Supervisory role
  • Must have experience in client management
  • Must have solid experience in sourcing active and passive candidates via job portals, social media, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to work in Planate Subic office
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, Canva and applicant tracking system.
