Leisure Care’s Plant Operations Assistant role supports a vibrant senior community, working Tuesday through Saturday with on-call rotation. You’ll maintain interior spaces, support events, and assist with apartment and common-area upkeep to ensure resident comfort and safety.

Experience in maintenance is preferred; HVAC certification is a plus. The role emphasizes organization, teamwork, and responsive service in a hospitality-based care setting.
