Job summary

Blue Origin, Florida-based group, seeks a Facilities Planner/Scheduler III to help maintain facilities infrastructure and manufacturing equipment. You will plan and schedule preventive maintenance, coordinate with vendors, and support facility expansion within a safety‑driven, collaborative environment.

With 3–5 years of relevant experience and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset, you will contribute to reliable spaceflight operations and the growth of Blue Origin's facilities footprint in

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in industrial facilities management.
• Experience with CMMS systems; Maximo a plus.
• Knowledge of facility infrastructure and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support the CMMS preventive maintenance program (Maximo) by creating assets, job plans and scheduling workflows.
• Plan and schedule maintenance and/or repairs of facilities and equipment in-house or coordinate contracted efforts.
• Work with contracted vendors in setting up/maintaining SOW bids, purchase orders and accounts.
• Coordinate maintenance workflow best practices with shop personnel.
• Assist with the definition and expansion of Blue Origin facilities.
• Support with project manager/leads on mobilization and demobilization of assets.
• Coordinate with outside suppliers for the purchase of parts or equipment.
