Responsibilities include:

1. Participating as a member of the Facilities Technician team, ensuring compliance with IMMI and regulatory standards.
2. Creating, managing, and prioritizing work orders for the facility team.
3. Providing after-hours and weekend coverage for maintenance and emergency responses, with rotating on-call duties.
4. Assisting with preventative maintenance schedules for building systems and grounds.
5. Ensuring sidewalks, parking lots, and grounds are safe, including snow and ice removal coordination.
6. Maintaining effective communication with the Facilities Team, Managers, and other relevant departments.
7. Managing and completing projects across various facility areas, including scheduling and CAPEX presentations.
8. Adhering to IMMI's core values and safety policies.
9. Working with vendors on contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.
10. Performing hazard and hot work permits with contractors and team members.
11. Updating project and permitting documentation.
12. Ensuring environmental management system elements are in place, including waste recycling and record retention.
13. Standing for up to 10 hours a day and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication skills, experience managing facility tasks, training in facilities management, a valid driver’s license, proficiency with relevant software, knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals, physical ability to work on-site, and willingness to travel as needed.
