Qualifications

• High school graduate with 2 years of painting.
• Knowledgeable in sheetrock taping and spray.

Responsibilities

• Completes wall preparations and painting, assist in maintenance when needed.
• Follows instructions and completes job assignments with minimal supervision.
• Assist in ensuring the facility is maintained in excellent condition, inside and out.
• Performs routine completed PMs, patching and painting as needed.
• Operates power tools such as drills, sanders, paint shaker and paint mixer.
• Interacts with residents in a professional and respectful manner.
