Job summary

Twin Farms, a private all-inclusive luxury resort for adults in Vermont, seeks a skilled Painter to join our Facilities & Maintenance team. You will maintain guest cottages, common areas, and facilities with pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Experience in commercial painting and familiarity with specialty finishes is preferred. The role requires independent work and strong collaboration with the maintenance team to ensure minimal guest disruption while upholding our Forbes

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional painting experience (commercial experience preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of painting tools, materials, and surface prep.
• Experience with specialty painting techniques strongly preferred.
• Flooring experience a plus (tile, wood, or vinyl).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Pride in craftsmanship and strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude.

Responsibilities

• Paint interior and exterior surfaces throughout the property, including guest cottages and shared spaces.
• Prep surfaces properly by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming.
• Apply specialty finishes such as faux or textured techniques when needed.
• Help with minor flooring projects (installation, repair, or refinishing).
• Keep tools, materials, and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Work closely with the maintenance team to complete projects efficiently and with minimal impact on guests.
• Follow all safety procedures and property standards.

Twin Farms is looking for a skilled Painter to join our Facilities & Maintenance team. This role is hands‑on and detail‑driven, focused on keeping our guest cottages, common areas, and facilities looking their best. If you take pride in solid workmanship, know your tools, and care about doing the job right the first time, you’ll fit in well here.
