Job summary

Twin Farms is seeking a skilled Painter to join our Facilities & Maintenance team. This hands-on role focuses on keeping guest cottages, common areas, and facilities in top condition, with pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Ideal candidates will have at least five years of professional painting experience, knowledge of surface prep and painting tools, and familiarity with specialty finishes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional painting experience.
• Strong knowledge of painting tools, materials and surface prep.
• Experience with specialty painting techniques is strongly preferred.
• Flooring experience is a plus.
• Experience in commercial painting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Paint interior and exterior surfaces across guest cottages and shared spaces.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming.
• Apply specialty finishes such as faux or textured techniques.
• Assist with minor flooring projects (installation, repair or refinishing).
• Keep tools and work areas clean, organized and safe.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to complete projects efficiently while minimizing guest impact.
• Follow safety procedures and property standards.

Twin Farms is looking for a skilled Painter to join our Facilities & Maintenance team. This role is hands-on and detail-driven, focused on keeping our guest cottages, common areas, and facilities looking their best. If you take pride in solid workmanship, know your tools, and care about doing the job right the first time, you'll fit in well here.

Experience in commercial painting is preferred, and specialty finishes are a strong plus. This position is ideal for someone dependable, professional, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a tight-knit maintenance team.

What You'll Do

• Paint interior and exterior surfaces throughout the property, including guest cottages and shared spaces
• Prep surfaces properly by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming
