Qualifications

• Working knowledge of paint, wallpaper, and drywall.
• Tape and mud drywall surfaces.
• Identify and color match paint as needed.
• Paint, texture forms, and prepare areas for painting.
• Perform basic stucco and efface repairs.
• Basic wallpaper techniques.
• Basic furniture refinishing and color matching.
• Drywall taping and texturing techniques.
• Read and comprehend instructions and information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain or apply various types of paint and paint related duties.
• Tape and mud drywall surfaces.
• Prep walls for paint and/or wallpaper.
• Wallpaper repairs
• Furniture refinishing
• Work daily with hand tools and company-owned power tools
• Complete work orders in the computer-based program
• Communicate details of work orders and follow up to completion
• Notify Supervisors of parts and inventory needs
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow lawful direction from Upper Management
• Follow work and safety rules and procedures
• Interacts well with others and be a positive influence on Team morale
• Adhere to all company and departmental policies and standards
• Other duties as assigned
