Qualifications

• Four years’ experience in painting, wallpapering, drywall and general maintenance.

• Able to use power and hand tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Paint, wallpaper, install drywall and perform general maintenance throughout the facility.
• Touch up hotel, casino, back of house, restaurants and other areas.
• Repaint curbs, traffic stripes and directional signs.
• Repair and repaint exterior structures and doors.
• Use airless spraying equipment and mix colors.
• Lead in reporting unsafe practices and maintain quality standards.
• Meet attendance guidelines and perform other duties as assigned.
