Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Painter / General Maintenance Technician to maintain safety and aesthetics at our Devens, MA site. You will perform interior/exterior painting, general repairs, and preventive maintenance to support client operations.

Responsibilities include repairing doors, plumbing, electrical tasks, HVAC upkeep, inspections, and responding to tenant service requests. The role requires a 3+ year background in building repair, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant building repair experience.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot building systems.
• Regularly lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs, with overhead work on ladders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, prime, and paint interior and exterior surfaces and perform general handyman tasks.
• Repair and maintain building components including doors, locks, and furniture.
• Maintain plumbing systems, toilets, urinals, sinks, pumps, and water heaters.
• Conduct HVAC maintenance such as cleaning coils and changing filters; support climate control systems.
