Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 3 years of painting, repair, and general maintenance experience.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs; able to work overhead on ladders.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Move furniture, equipment, and fixtures and prep surfaces with protective coverings.
• Inspect plaster, drywall, water-damaged areas, and cracks to determine repairs.
• Apply corner bead, tape, patch, sand, wash, and prime surfaces; restore areas after work.
• Install or repair drywall and plaster, including trim and signage; perform basic carpentry.
• Perform facility inspections and due diligence; report conditions affecting occupancy.
• Update work orders in the CMMS and escalate issues to customers and management promptly.
• Complete Hazard Assessments and follow safety procedures for hazardous materials.
