As a Building Maintenance Technician specializing in painting and light carpentry, you’ll play a vital role in preserving the aesthetic appeal and structural integrity of our commercial facilities. Working primarily 2nd and 3rd shifts (Wednesday through Sunday), you’ll ensure our properties maintain professional standards through skilled painting, light carpentry repairs, and general facility maintenance. This hands‑on position offers the opportunity to work independently while contributing to client satisfaction and the overall functionality of high-quality commercial spaces.
