Job summary

ICL is seeking a Painter – Facilities to maintain the interior and exterior of its properties in Brooklyn, NY. The role involves painting, surface prep, signage, and basic grounds maintenance under the Painter Foreman. Travel between ICL-owned properties is required, and a NY driver’s license is mandatory.

The position offers an hourly rate of $21.50 with comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and development opportunities. Onsite work is required at ICL facilities. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years of painting or related experience, or completion of a two-year technical program.
• Valid, clean New York State driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Paint interior and exterior of ICL-owned properties under supervision.
• Prepare surfaces, patch, sand, and apply finishes.
• Operate spray equipment and maintain tools and equipment.
• Assist with landscaping, grounds maintenance, and snow removal as needed.
• Choose materials and colors to improve quality and efficiency.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and records.
