The Painter is responsible for high-quality painting and finishing work in hospital settings, requiring expertise in surface preparation, painting, and finishing, while adhering to safety, hygiene, and infection control standards. The role involves collaboration with the facilities team to ensure timely project completion with minimal disruption.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 3-5 years of professional painting experience, preferably in healthcare or institutional settings.
Skills: Proficiency in various painting techniques, surface preparation, color matching, attention to detail, communication, and project management.
Certifications: OSHA 10 or 30 preferred; Infection control certification (e.g., ICRA) a plus.
