Job summary

Life Time Omaha is seeking a Facility Operations Supervisor to help maintain the safety and cleanliness of the club. The role follows the opposite schedule of the Facility Operations Manager and act as Manager on Duty when needed.

Responsibilities include keeping the building clean, ensuring safety, performing general repairs and routine maintenance, and participating in safety training and inspections. CPR/AED certification is required within 30 days of hire and the ability to operate basic

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3 to 4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the cleanliness of the building and the grounds at all times.
• Ensures all conditions in the facility are safe.
• Conducts general repairs.
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment is working.
• Participates in safety training and safety inspections.
