Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Facility Operations Supervisor to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the club by performing safety checks, repairs, and routine maintenance. The role will work the opposite schedule of the Facility Operations Manager and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.

The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of facility maintenance experience, the ability to lift 20+ lbs, operate basic tools, and hold CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years of facility maintenance experience.
• Ability to routinely lift more than 20 lbs.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to operate basic machinery and tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the cleanliness of building and grounds at all times.
• Ensures all facility conditions are safe.
• Conducts general repairs.
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment working.
• Participates in safety training and safety inspections.
