Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Facility Operations Supervisor to ensure club safety and cleanliness. You will work opposite the Facility Operations Manager schedule and serve as Manager on Duty when needed, adapting to Life Time's needs.

Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness of the building and grounds, ensuring safe facility conditions, performing general repairs and routine maintenance to keep equipment functioning, and participating in safety training and inspections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3–4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to lift and move more than 20 lbs and to work in a club setting for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of building and grounds at all times.
• Ensure all facility conditions are safe for members and staff.
• Conduct general repairs and routine maintenance to keep equipment functioning.
