Job summary

Chimes DC is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the Fort Meade facility’s day-to-day contract operations. You will manage staff, ensure policy compliance, and uphold safety standards on site.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with facilities management, and the ability to respond to contract needs. A Top Secret clearance is preferred; on-site work is required. Salary is $110,000 per year plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus distributed in the first year.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience managing a workforce on a contract of similar scope and size.
• Knowledge of building service management and related equipment/chemicals.
• Experience enforcing safety and quality controls per contract.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operation of assigned contract and staffing.
• Ensures compliance with all policies, procedures, and dress/safety standards.
• Meets with supervisors to drive process improvement and training.
