Job summary

IST Management Services is seeking a facilities coordinator for an on-site role in Annapolis Junction, MD. The position supports building operations, vendor coordination, and space management within a security-conscious environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, US citizenship, and may require TS-SCI CI with Poly or Poly eligibility. Compensation is competitive, with full-time hours Monday to Friday and on-call after hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• TS-SCI CI with Polygraph clearance or eligible for placement.
• Experience in customer service and professional appearance demanded.

Responsibilities

• Facility Management including building inspection and upkeep of common areas.
• Issue and record parking transponders; manage Space & Occupancy List.
• Manage office supplies and pantry restocking.
• Monitor HVAC and Energy Management System; coordinate internal moves.
• Coordinate mail and package distribution; track inbound/outbound items.
• Perform minor repairs, maintenance, and light handyman tasks.
