Job summary

United Launch Alliance (ULA) seeks a Facilities Operations Specialist 2 to support a multi-building campus in Denver. You will coordinate space management, office moves, and vendor services while collaborating with security, IT, quality, safety and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Execution of space management strategy, occupancy planning, metrics reporting, office moves, and hybrid desk reservation system
• Coordination for tenant building and critical systems maintenance
• Administrative support to facility improvement or repair projects
• Coordination with maintenance vendors and on-site food/refreshments & catering services
• Engages with Executive Leadership to support corporate initiatives and special events
• Coordinates internal facility communications and serves as liaison to landlord
• Collaborates with Security, Information Technology, Quality, Safety, and Engineering teams to maintain compliance with standards and support audits
• Supports vendor contract management and facilities budget execution
• Provides research on industry trends and identifies improvements to enhance user experience or operational efficiency
