United Launch Alliance in Denver is seeking a Facilities/Space Management professional to execute space management strategy, occupancy planning, and office moves. You will coordinate tenant building maintenance and support audits, ensuring efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Budgeting / Microsoft Office tools experience.

• Scheduling and administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Execution of space management strategy, occupancy planning, metrics reporting, office moves, and hybrid desk reservation system
• Coordination for tenant building and critical systems maintenance
• Administrative support to facility improvement or repair projects
• Coordination with maintenance vendors and on-site food/refreshments & catering services
• Engages with Executive Leadership to support corporate initiatives and special events
• Coordinates internal facility communications and serves as liaison to landlord
• Collaborates with Security, Information Technology, Quality, Safety, and Engineering teams to maintain compliance with standards and support audits
• Supports vendor contract management and facilities budget execution
• Provides research on industry trends and identifies improvements to enhance user experience or operational efficiency
