Job summary

Life Time, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Facility Operations Supervisor to oversee safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of the club. The role operates on the opposite schedule of the Facility Operations Manager and serves as Manager on Duty when needed.

You will perform safety checks, repairs, routine maintenance, and participate in safety trainings. The position requires 3-4 years of maintenance experience, CPR/AED within 30 days, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3 to 4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs and work in a club setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the cleanliness of building and grounds at all times.
• Ensures all conditions in the facility are safe.
• Conducts general repairs.
• Performs routine maintenance to keep equipment working.
• Participates in safety training and inspections.
