Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking an Facility Operations Supervisor to help maintain safety and cleanliness across the club facilities. You will work opposite the Facility Operations Manager and serve as Manager on Duty when needed, adapting to Life Time's needs.

The role requires routine maintenance and safety inspections, with focus on keeping equipment functional and the environment safe for members and staff. A flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3–4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move around the club for extended periods.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the cleanliness of the building and grounds at all times.
• Ensures all conditions in the facility are safe.
• Conducts general repairs.
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment working.
• Participates in safety training and safety inspections.
