• In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of work experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and assets.
• Manage facilities staff and contractors, optimize resources and ensure safety compliance.
• Develop and monitor operating budgets, forecast needs, and ensure cost control.
