Job summary

Pacific-Wellness-Centers is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance department within a healthcare environment, ensuring sanitary, safe, and compliant operations across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety systems.

You will supervise Environmental Services staff, coordinate preventive maintenance, and maintain accurate records while liaising with nurses and department leaders to address requests and improve infection prevention practices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a commercial setting.
• 2+ years in long-term care preferred.
• HVAC experience.
• Maintenance experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred but trainable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Environmental Services personnel and daily work in assigned areas.
• Execute preventive maintenance programs and document upkeep.
• Maintain center profile and complete documentation of maintenance activity.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs per codes and regulations.
• Coordinate with residents, nurses and staff on service requests and infection prevention.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
