Qualifications

• At least 1 year of janitorial experience.
• At least 1 year of lead or supervisor experience.
• Positive attitude and good team interaction.
• Ability to work well unsupervised.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions and ask questions when needed.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. – E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Lead your shift by assisting the manager to ensure the day’s scope of work gets done.
• Ensure that the assigned janitorial duties are completed.
• Assist the manager in applying work standards for janitorial staff.
• Monitor, measure, and report performance to the manager.
• Communicate daily assignments and manager messages to staff.
• Follow guidelines for proper equipment maintenance.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting as needed.
• Ensure health and safety rules are followed during the shift.
• Oversee training needs for current and future shift demands.
• Maintain housekeeping standards for a clean and safe workplace.
• Respond to customer complaints to achieve satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.
