Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid NC driver’s license or ability to obtain prior to hire.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Open and close city facilities during rentals, meetings, and programs.
• Handle all aspects of facility rentals, room setup, AV needs and security.
• Communicate with users to address needs within guidelines.
• Enforce policies during rentals and events and ensure smooth transitions.
• Perform custodial duties and routine cleaning as required.
• Respond to special requirements and related tasks as needed.
